  •  This hard to-find large-clove garlic was collected from the Pskem River Valley in Uzbekistan by John F. Swenson in 1989. This garlic has beautiful purple stripes and a superior complex flavor.

  • Bogatyr garlic is known for its fiery heat with a long lasting bite. It is known as one of the hottest hardneck garlic varieties.

  • Spanish Roja garlic is assertive when raw, use sparingly in any raw preparation. Chopping coarsely, mincing and pureeing will release more of its oils providing a sharper flavor than slicing or leaving it whole.

  • Turban tends to be quite hot when raw, but become milder and sweeter with cooking. They can become so mild, in fact, that they are used as a vegetable in their own right in some Chinese cuisine.
